Wow! We went for the opening day of recreational marijuana. The employees treated hundreds of us with, kindness, understanding and respect. We were served water, sandwiches, cookies and pizza! It was an amazing experience we will remember for ever. We highly recommend this pharmacy and will purchase there again. Extra cudos to Budmeister Kyle, thank you for your help and patience! Thank you Sierra Wellness!

Fantastic. Today was the big day in Reno, recreation legality for everyone over 21 in Nevada! The staff was on top of everything. The service was excellent considering all the lines in the state. Water, cookies, information and promotional items. These are true professionals in every since of the word.

Sierra Wellness is a great dispensary. The check in was simple for first timers, no wait, and every staff member I came in contact with was friendly and went the extra mile. The care provided to patients is excellent. The information cards for each strain are an incredible resource. Haven't seen that depth of info at other shops in town. Joey was patient and really helped me understand more about the things that help my specific issues... and when suggesting strains... he was spot on! Thank you for your professionalism and your kindness!

Came to Reno for a day trip and forgot my medicine back home. They kindly excepted my California card and was able to register me into there system in 10 minutes. They menu and atmosphere was top notch along with there knowledge of the medicine provided. Coming back!

I Love this place!!! Not sure why anyone would have a thing bad to say about it... The people are awesome... The product has always been good... And whenever theres been an "issue" it NOT been their fault, its been unavoidable.. Like no power, system at corporate down.. BUT they have ALSO made up for any issues with awesome deals and discounts... LOVE MY PHARMACY!!!!

Knowledgeable staff. The wait time was acceptable. I like that medical care holders have priority which I am not. There is a scrolling display for the menu but I wish the had a better display of the menu items as well as some paper menus to look at while waiting.The selectionwas fantastic, I left everything I wanted and more.

I called Sierra Wellness to make sure they had what I wanted before I got there. I was helped by a novice budtender who had a hard time knowing the difference between an indica and sativa cartridge. She needed to ask the other bud tenders for help with almost every question I had regarding percentages, cultivators and parents for the strains. When placing my order I asked to take my flower down from an eighth to a gram so I could afford to get some cheeba chews which she forgot to do. This establishment does not take returns of any type so I was forced to leave with no Cheeba chews and more flower than I needed due to HER error. I understand a misunderstanding or miscommunication but how hard is it to read back the order to a patient?? And when a customer comes in letting you know that the order they received is not what they wanted- its not necessarily the best customer service to make them feel like its their fault or they did something wrong! How do they expect to help patients if they cant even get their order right??

Beautiful. Clean. Discreet. Kelsey was super helpful in guiding me to a nice Indica for my sleepness nights. The Nepalese Kush she recommended has really been a benefit to my restless mind. Kelsey was so kind, asked questions, listened, and took the time to help me find the right product. No pressure - quality customer service.

This place is one of my favorite dispensary or was now. I always come here mostly every week and sometimes things went wrong I totally understand it but this time is horrible. One of careless budtender can ruin it for you. I went in today wanna get like 3 different strains but my budtender just got me in and walk right back to the counter and start chatting with co-worker rather than take care of my questions. Okay that’s fine I’ll pick my own strain. Not yet over. I bought my bag in and I suppose to got 1$ off like normal but I don’t cuz he was too busy chatting to realized I bought my bag in. And at the end give me the wrong receipt. However I always expect information about my flowers that I’m goin to buy and I always spend 100$+ mostly every time I stopped by but after today with horrible budtender I got. I’ll go spend my money somewhere else than.

I've been a loyal customer of SWC since their opening and have generally been okay with their growing pains. However, recently it seems as though you never seem to have what's advertised on the menu's in either product, or portion size although it's still on the store menu, Leafly, and Weedmaps. Your either out of eighths, quarters, halves, whatever, and still advertise that you have them available! Really starting to get annoying when you choose what you want off of the lists only to hear "we're out of " either the size, or strain! GET IT TOGETHER! If you offering half-ounces at 170/180 and only have eighths or grams then it's YOUR BAD! You should be forced to sell what your advertising by quantity and marked retail price just like ANY other merchant is required to do by law! Yesterday I wanted a half ounce of Pineapple Express and was offered a replacement called Tropicanna! Again because you only had eighth's supposedly, although advertising ALL sizes available! This Tropicakka is pure NYC Diesel! I HATE IT AND GOT STUCK WITH HALF AN OUNCE OF IT! All because SWC didn't have either the half ounces they advertised they had, or sufficient quantities of quarters to satisfy my request! So, thanks for sticking someone who's been smoking longer than you've been alive with 175 dollars worth of absolute crap! I friggin HATE NY Diesel! That's exactly what this Tropicakka stuff is derived from and would have IMMEDIATELY steered me away from it had it been mentioned! Caveat Emtor!

Will definitely be coming back! Wait time was real short, the girl at the front window was super friendly and welcoming and my budtender was amazing. Helped me with some amazing high cbd strains and made some great suggestions.

I love how attentive the budtenders are to your actual medical needs. They want the sale (it's a business, duh) but they are more concerned with what you are trying to alleviate or what method of consumption will work best. I absolutely love this place! I picked up a gram of the Bruce Banner... That shiz was amazing! and as always the Frankenfruit shatter is delicious and expertly purged to have no detectable ppm of butane residue.

Was welcomed warmly by the friendly receptionist, Tiffany. Helped guide my friend and I’s first time visiting the location and was swiftly helped by Kyle, who was very informative on the strains that would cater to my needs. Great location

They are amazingly nice and friendly. My first encounter was before I got my card, scooping the area out. Before I wasn't quite sure why my printed version of my doctors recommendation wasn't accepted but, when I went into Sierra Wellness, the front desk woman explained everything to me. I didn't even ask for an explanation on why when she told me no about accepting it. She even came out behind the glass to hear me better. It was awfully sweet. The second time I visited (completely prepared due to the previous gal), I was greeted by another nice woman who was very nice and reviewed my papers quickly. Then I was escorted to the back by a nice gentleman who walked me through the entire process and listened to every question I had with ease. He made the whole interaction comfortable and enjoyable. I to work in the customer service industry as well so I appreciate it when it's reciprocated back in other business. Thanks a lot 😍
